"Born Naked, The Rest is Drag" - Sharon Needles

Hey hunties, it's, what a surprise, Dita again here! Today it comes down to another episode of "Born Naked, The Rest is Drag" featuring the unspookable and drag-tastic winner of RuPauls Drag Race Season 4: Sharon Needles. So don't share your needled with Sharon Needles.

Anyways. Sharon started out on season four as somewhat an underdog as people recognized her only to be a whack job or a spooky bitch with nothing but facades and no depth to her drag. But she constantly brought the house down from the very first second on as she one the first weeks main challenge in her post-apocalyptic couture. She impressed the judges as she clearly did not survive the apocalypse but died during it and came back... with blood dripping from her mouth. During season four she proved to be a knockout and has wowed the judges with her costume versatility. And who could ever forget her legendary fights with the phierce PhiPhi O'hara. The whole party city and busted showgirl thing still gives me the shivers and want me to kill PhiPhi (Sorry Gurrl!). Other highlights of her season performance include her Michelle Visage at Snatch Game, her K9 couture and her seemingly endless pot of white foundation.

After winning season four of Drag Race she engaged on a public wave and recorded her debut album PG-13 that is a great combination of musical ideas with her Gothic punk attitude. As well she features her former boy and girlfriend Alaska Thunderfuck, Ana Matronik from the Scissor Sisters and Amanda Lepore. She released her latest single and video, called "Dressed to Kill" a couple of days ago and it is sickening hunties! So get into it, watch it below and see you tomorrow! XOXO Dita!

Drag divas and queens for me are one hell of a bunch! Since I really like, love and adore them and their tremendous ability to draw a canvas called face, and make their appearance like from another planet! And one of my most famous Drag Queens is Satan's secretary and winner of season IV of RuPauls Drag Race: Sharon Needles!

And to do her spooky drag royalty some justice I did a drawing of her as Frankensteins bride. So I hope you enjoy it and think that this drawing of her drag highness is not only drop dead gorgeous but also spooky sexy! Elvira wishes and Sharon Needles paints it (On her face!)!

What happens if you combine the forces of the Top 4 contestants of RuPauls Drag Race Season 4: Sharon Needles, PhiPhi O'Hara, Latrice Royale and Chad Michaels, then include Michelle Visage and add some product placement here and there by Absolut? Yes, you are ABSOLUTly right: "RuDunnit"!

Ru-Dunnit is a film noir detective story starring the Top 4 drag queens of season 4 of RuPauls Drag Race and Michelle Visage (Who could be a Drag Queen herself, and I am sure she is a nellymaker XD). Sharon Needles, who has won the 4th Season of RuPauls Drag Race, comes to meet with private "transvestigator" Michelle Visage because her crown has been stolen! And what is Americas next Drag Superstar to do without her crown? And who we got as possible thiefes? Of course they are no others than Latrice Royale, PhiPhi O'Hara and Chad Michaels aka. Mamma Plastic Surgery. ;) So you have to watch it for the reason of the cast alone and the funny lines. Also the Absolut product placement is ridiculously over the top... and is so campy that I love it! And finally, is it just me, or does Michelle have huuuuge, Elvira like, boobs? Its like they are from boobsforqueens.com! But anyway: You should watch because, seldomly I have seen a commercial with such a story and devotion to it.

Hey fellas! Lately my obsession for drag and Drag Queens has risen to an extensive amount of crazyness, Each morning, when I drive to work, I listen to songs by RuPaul, Sherry Vine, Sharon Needles and Willam Belli. As if that is not enough I raise the bar by adding rapper Cazwell and the worlds, probably most famopus, transsexual: Amanda Lepore!

Okay here is the thing: If you havent heared of one of them.. go and google the shit out of their names! I mean seriously! You gotta know their work because it is drag-nificient.But here is the real story. Whe i searched the web for new music for my car I came across the following song by Sharon Needles from her album PG 13: "I wish I were Amanda Lepore".

And you have to believe me: "I wish I were Amanda Lepore" is so my new favorite song in the car! Bravo Sharon! And then I came across that Miss Lepore had recorded a solo album and of course i did what any good obsessed follower of pup-culture would do: I bought the album and it is called I... Amanda Lepore! And let me tell you: It is worth it! Here is my absoloute favourite from the album, with in addition an even more amazing video. The song is called Marilyn. You can watch the video below. I just love the way the video deals with the whole Monroe story, it is such a good installation. And  Amanda just looks like Monroe. And the song really alienates the video and elseround. Love it!So go and fresh up you knowledge on Grad and Trans and listen to that music! And before you judge just read what Amanda had to go through to become who she is today!
