"Music Minute" - Lady Gaga "Venus" - A reference review

After two very different sounding snippets of her song "Venus" have been released, Gaga furthser teased her fans by tweeting three different possible covers or the single: all photographed by Steven Klein.

And we should start off the whole thing about "Venus" with the covers. As one can see: all of them are daring and different, and do not continue the white look of the cover from "Applause" and "Do What U Want". And I have to say that I really enjoy the dark side Gaga brings to the covers. In cover number one we have her with a scorpion on her face, and clearly this is a reference to Marina Abramovic an her portrait with a scorpion. She channels the version with closed eyes. What is to be mentioned her is the wound she has under her arm. Question is: has the scorpio cut her, and is this to be understood metaphorically? Cover number two is, if I am not wrong, a bat, which is beautifully lit an set in pose. Actually it is my favorite cover. I don't know why, but the composition is somewhat magnificient and daring in a dark and haunted way. Cover number three is Gaga, once more in the nude, with a tacco (?) in her mouth, which could be a reference to a meat eating plant. I don't know, but still it is fascinating. The fourth cover is the one that is displayed on Gaga's VEVO channel. There she channels Marina again, but this time her eyes are open  and her face, including the scorpion is lit in green and purple. Either a very Warholian colour blocking or a remeniscence of the rainbow. Anyways: It looks great!

Now lets get to the song. The beginning is very dark techno club anthem like, and then adds a throbbing beat after a few seconds. Her voice jumps from high pitched singing to her dark voice saying the word "Venus". As she turns into her singing voice we get the Gaga we know, and very soon the sog jumpes into a twisty dark electronic pop song with all the classical twisted Gaga-ness to it, including some wierd, but absolutely genious sounds. The song in whole is building up all the time and is kind of unpredictable, which i actually prefer. The overall sound is dark and new, but definitely not radio unfriendly. But it is a more experimental sound then "Do What U Want" - fine with me, since the experimental Gaga is the one i am madly in love with. Lyrically the song contains a high number of references to planets, roman gods, love and sex. If "Applause" was her Botticelli piece then "Venus" is her reference to the roman goddess and all the myths around her.  But lets have a closer look at what Gaga sings:

In verse one Gaga gives us all sorts of space, renaissance and mythica refrences: "Rocket #9 take off to the planet // To the planet // Venus // Aphrodite lady seashell bikini // Garden panty // Venus //Let's blast off to a new dimension // In your bedroom //  Venus // Aphrodite lady seashell bikini // Get with me // Venus" - That gives me some feeling of her "Applause" video and VMA's performance. Remember that seashell bikini? If not, have a look to the left! Before the chorus Gaga sings: "I can’t help the way I’m feeling // Goddess of love please take me to your leader // I can’t help I keep on dancin' //Goddess of Love! // Goddess of Love" - Uhh, I am getting the naughty vibes here. Go sexy Gaga! And as the chorus hits there is no wondering what: "When you touch me I die // Just a little inside // I wonder if this could be love // This could be love // Cuz you’re out of this world // Galaxy, space and time // I wonder if this could be love" could mean.  So far we have references to Venus as a planet, the diety Venus and space travel. Verse two does not let us down, concerning the reference scale. "Have an oyster, baby // It’s Aphrod-isy // Act sleazy // Venus // Worship to the land // A girl from the planet // To the planet // Venus" - Okay we have oysters here, with the mention of them being an aphrodisiac, and somewhere on the road here I  get the feeling that this on eis going to be an erotic but hell of a lot disturbing music video! And Gaga even recounts most of the solar systes planets in the bridge, with a great reference to the fame her gorgeous ass has gotten over time. And I have to say that my "Do What U Want" Review supports that ass! 

All together the song is experimental and sounds new  in the realm of Gaga's music. So I am going to give it a great 9/10. The point missing only is due to the fact that one point the song could set its peak. But still, the eferences she makes in it, all the sexual innuendos and the double entendres make "Venus" my space age, renaissance insired sex trip to the deep universe. And what is nnot to love about that?

"Music Minute" - My Iggy Top 11

I love me some Iggy Azalea. And the reasons for this fact are uncountable. And in the light of her debut album beeing released this year (Well, at least we all hoe so. I mean it is up time!) I have made a list of my favorite 11 Iggy Azalea songs.

This list would of course not be complete with the comment that Iggy has the figure and body of a model. I mean look at her. Someone has either invented bio-engeneering to make her that perfect of she is just a drip of perfection. What is even more amazing is, that in the body of this swedish super model milk bun, the soul and rap talent of possibly a black woman lies. I mean have you heared her music? And to make it clear right form the beginning: I love me some Azealia Banks, but she really annoys me with her constant twitter feuds. Iggy on the other side is friendly and works on her music. Something that Azealia should do as well. But #NoTNoShade! Lets just start the countdown!

Honorary Mention - Burgundy Shit

A smooth urban sound, finger snaps and some genuinely good rapping. I just love that this song combines hip hop and R&B in such a smooth way. And Iggy's voice really comes out on this one, even though the rap part is kinda short. So this one definitely deserves to be mentioned!

11 - Hello Feat. Joe Moses 

From her mixtape Ignorant Art Iggy brings us this banger as the second song of the tape. It has this cleas electronic sound what Iggy is known for and has her canstantly rapping about clothes, money and bitches. Best line: "These are Ferragamo, bicthes What the fuck are those?" Very shopping and buying oriented, a song that basically says: Im a fabulous bitc, deal with me and my Ferragamo shoes!

10 - Backseat Feat. Chevy Jones

Nice intro. And the the song turnes around ad takes the other direction. A nice beat with, what i would call eectronical bells, and a beat that just gets your head going u and down. The big surprise comes when the chours actually is smooth and soft. Annd damn, that woman can rap fast!

09 - My World

The third one from "Ignorant Art" in a row. That says: Get the goddamn mixtape! Iggy claiming her territory. Its her world and we are in it. She might be white but this girl got the balls of a rapper that has been in the biz for years. Even though there might be some basic rhymes in this one. But she definitely brings it with : "My world, my bitches, white girls team full of bad bitches!" Who says a white chick can't  be ghetto?

08 - Bac 2 Tha Future (My Time)

Taken from her mixtape "Trapgold" Iggy brings us some hard rapping to a sickening experimental and great beat. Contentwise Iggy lets us know it is her time and she will take her opportunities. Well, that is fine with me! "My heart is in it, Im authentic, Its clear to see its my time!" - Best line from the song, that, btw,  is over too fast!

 

"Music Minute" - Candy Yum (Cum) Yum?

This one hit me hard, and by hard I mean there was a chance of me getting hard, if you know what I mean. This time Music Minute will have the (diabetes creating) pleasure to give you all my thought on the music video to Kevin Mikals "Candy Yum Yum".

 

Lets cut the crap! That video could be so many things: a boxer brief ad, a candy ad, an ad for Grindr, could be gay porn or even just a music video. But with all the oiled up men, the twerking, Willam Belli and Honey Mahagony this video just screams SEX! And if you havet seen it yet, watch it!

The song is kinda very simple, the lyrics are generic but in this sense we all already know that this is just a club tune to get us on the floor and loose our shit. And you can definitely imagine some guy blowing someone in a gay club to this tune. The video is so super sexy, and über candy filled, that one could even argue that it gives a bad stereotypical representation of the gay community. I mean the words "sex obsessed" and "porno-chic" might come up in the discussion. And yet again this is the gay couterpart to Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" and really gets it going. Willam is just super funny and Honey Mahagony has appearently gotten rid of the kaftan collection.  Whatsoever, thing is that this one, allthough clearly not intended to be so, is hot material for discussing representations of the gay community and if they are either in the favour of the cause or not. But I am still to bothered with the question of wether to say its softporn or a music video. Decide on ya own, I got some "WTF" going on.

"Music Minute" - It did get me like a WRECKING BALL

So lets continue with the Miley mania here on Icon Art Marilyn. After "We Cant Stop" conquered my speakers and the video has kept my eyes prisoners Miley brought us her newest single "Wrecking Ball" two weeks ago, and now hits reload with a Terry Richardson directed video.

Let's just start with the song. First off: I am not a big fan of ballads, and they have to be very good that I like them. And Wrecking Ball is just that good. It has feeing, it is pop like and still its has the rock thing to it. Even though the lyrics are not that complex they still are great to sing along and has something to it with the imagery of the wrecking ball. As well: It sounds sophisticated. Say what you will. the topic is a grown up one and she definitely sings to Liam Hemsworth and her vocals are just amazingly good. I mean what is not to love and adore about it?

So lets get to the video. It is plain simple and basically just has one set. And this one is very much how I like it: raw.  The only "outfit" Miley wears is white panty and a crop top with lilac-ish red boots. And she is rocking the hairstyle! Gurrl has probably found a stylist other than the one that dug out her VMA red carpet outfit! And at the very beginning we see her gorgeous androgynous face and her steel blue yes, as she sings into the camera. Very minimalist and grown up but still very sexy. As the video goes on Miley licks a huge hammer and swings from here to there on the wrecking ball, that has smashed the brick walls around her. Grinding around and laying on the leftovers of the wall, ,like its a sexy playboy shoot, we get Miley even more nude then in the "We Cant Stop" video: She sits on the Wrecking Ball, completely naked. my thoughts on that: (1) Gurrl got a bangin bod, (2) gurrl got itsy bitsy teeny tine titties (which is A-OK), (3) looks kinda young, (4) very tomboy-ish and (5) really is showing that she ain't like 16 anymore. And you know what? I don't find this to be shocking. I man we are used to nudity everywhere but, suddenly, when a former Disney teen doe it its bad? What's with the bigotry. She is an adult. Let her decide! Goddammit!

All put together I like that she takes a more serious and slowed down road after the "We Cant Stop" time. I mean, don't get me wrong, I obviously love it. But this other style gives us a hint that she can do different styles. And such a straight up ballad is a good way to so so. Oh by by the way, gurrl has given us the track list for the normal version of BANGERZ!

"Music Minute" - Is it a "ROAR" or just a MEOW?

Well, I have dragged this one along for ever and did not do it at first when I decided to write on Applause, but now it is up. I'm gonna do some bitchy and tacky reviewing on Katy Perry's "ROAR".

Okay the cover. Well, I hate it. Seriously? Its gonna be some tiger print only because of  that tiger theme?  (By the way: the tiger theme has been overused by the time this eye of the tiger song was new. Not cool, not ironic and not fancy!) Lame! And then in the purple? Like no way! Also the jacket! Come on Katy! That is such bad taste! And not to mention the tigers on the o. That is a clear no for me! 0/5 for the cover! Not even one for anything since I even hate her hair in the shoot! This cover screams so extremely HIPSTER, and if i hate something its stars doing the hipster shit! (Wow, many exclamation marks in this short passage!)

The actual song is well.... Okay start with the good sides. The idea is good, like the title in general and loved the ad campaign that hailed in a new age for Katy. But the idea of an uplifting song was buried ten miles under the sea by the mediocre lyrics and the idea less sound. Oh please! I mean the song starts off with a boring beginning that sound like some other song she already did and the hook this one turns in the is so lame and underwhelming that it gets me to sleep. And dot even get me started on the refrain. "I got the eye of the tiger .. blah blah blah!" What is up Katy? Did you watch to many bad movies or what? I like d all the songs of Teenage Dream better! The had more depth! Because that I'm gonna grow and ROAR you away thing is boring as fuck! I mean every student from 5th grade can give you that! And the songs peak flat lines as well. BUT: The song is a perfect fit for sing along and the radio. I mean come on, even though i kinda not like it, I can sing along and bought it! And the mainstream thing I hate so much bout it makes it go up the charts like a second "Call Me Maybe". Apparently the epidemic is spreading. So, I'm gonna be a nice bitch and make it a 5/10 to honor the good production and its sing-ability. And FYI: The song is like a 2.0 version of Firework, but only really bad. Its like a sequel that should not have made its way to the cinemas. 

And last, but not least, the music video. I liked the poster that announced it to be that jungle and comic thing. and then I watched it. I wanted to say something good so badly., but truth be told: I can't. the video is so fake looking that it hurts, and don't pull the camp card on me. I know camp when I see it, and that is NOT camp, that is crap! Sorry(?)! The only thing good about is the scene where she uses her heel to make a spear. And the rest is just so bad that I was glad when it was over. Not even the tiger appearing got me in it, and that is pretty much it. It would have been a blast when she would have used that technicolor/comic thing more. Sorry katy but its another no for me. But to be a good boy I'm still gonna give it a 4/10. 

So summarized I can definitely say that "ROAR" is no ROAR and really a rather mediocre MEOW, not even a sexy PURR! And you should be glad I did not include originality of live performance at the VMAS up as a category, cause this one was boring, unoriginal (We have seen the boxing ring too much everywhere, its like Ed Hardy!) and most of all: forgettable!  I wish I could give Katy better grades, since I really love her. ROAR in complete gets a score from 9 out of 25 points. That would be near an F! Sorry but I don't feel it, I don't see an artistic development, and sales numbers and statistics are irrelevant ere! Lets hope for PRISM to be better, but with that horrible album cover? Don't even get me started....

"Music Minute" - Applause for the APPLAUSE VIDEO by Lady Gaga

Today has been the day that the reigning queen of pop, Lady Gaga, has released the music video for her first single off her third studio album ARTPOP. The single Applause was released early last week due to hackers and leaks, and has since been compared to Katy Perry's "Roar". But when Gaga entered Times Square in a black convertible with red leather seats to go onto Good Morning America it was clear that at this day Katy perry would play no role. 

When Gaga entered the studio she wore a stunning white dress, short brown or brunette hair and metallic high heel boots. In an interview before the music video premier she declared that the video will feature many images of her, all versions of herself. She also stated that the video was paying homage to her obsession with transforming herself. The video is a mixture of Tim Burton meets Alice in Wonderland meets Circus meets vampires and angels meets fashion and disco. Tons of outfits, flashing lights and a dance routine that seeks out for competition. An absolute complex, stunning and amazing pop music video that says one thing: art. It really is a video about obsession, rage, love, dance and art in combination with pop. A true iconographic piece that will go down in music history, at least it should! But don't believe just me, go an check out my arguments below!

I absolutely love the writing! Can not wait to see more of it. What we can see of the scenery just gives me the chills. Very central, very power oriented and absolutely Metropolis meets horror. The stage is like a circus arena curtain that opens. I love it to death!

Gaga mattress. And her body is banging! I mean seriously there hasn't been anything that hot since the last supernova! Her shoes are a high-heeled killer boot that makes my hear for fashion go pitter-patter. 

Gaga on a podium, with wings. Wait wings? Yes! Wings! And for me they look like the wings of death. She is flying over the podium and giving me further reasons to fangurrl!

"Music Minute" - If you ain't got soul, you wont gonna be able to love this one!

There is this certain time when you just goof around on youtube in search of some good music or some funny video, and then you find an absolute music and video juggernaut like this one here: 

The song is called: If you Ain't Got Soul by  Kris Di Angelis, and it is absolutely fantastic. the video is a promotion for a party series called Roomservice. Basically it is just wierd, sexy and outrageously gay on a stick. And I think this is just amazing! Featured in the video are Jody Harsh, Cazwell, Max Ryder, Willam Belli and some other sweeties we know well. So check it out and get ya booty moving! Also check out the other three parts o the Roomservice franchise! 

"Music Minute" - DJ White Shadow releases "Fear"

DJ White Shadow is a well known name in the collective of the little monsters all around the world since he is one of the producers behind Lady Gaga's smashing second studio album "Born This Way". But now the DJ emerges as a force of his ow, flooding the net with his first singe and taking Icon Art Marilyn by storm!

The song simply is called "Fear" and hit the net on YouTube on July 3rd with a stunning high concept art video concerning fear and war, and at the same time happiness and fun besides fear and death. So get your eyes on this one and listen closely!

The new EP of DJ WS will be called "Pussy Drugs Fear" out on July 23rd! So go and by it then!

"I Love Art!" - "You better Party!" says Miley!

On this point I don't think that I have to explain why I chose to draw Miley Cyrus. So just take the drawing of her I did and enjoy it. Fashionwise I am pretty fine with the sunglasses I drew, or better said the ones that she had chosen to wear in her music video to "We Cant Stop". 

So la la li la di, Miley like sto party!

"Music Minute" - Natalia Kills strikes!

I love me some perfectionist and since Natalia Kills has released her debut album "Perfectionist" I was madly in love with her and her sort of performance. Even though my ears can't stand to listen "Free" once more, without bleeding, since the radio stations have so overplayed it! But Kills has promised her fans to make a comeback with a new album and new songs. 

We already got a little review of which direction the album by that fierce musician would be when she released a song and a music video called "Kill My Boyfriend" which I very much enjoyed watching and listening! You can listen and watch "Kill My Boyfriend" below, and you should because it is awesome!

And after she put out "Kill My Boyfriend" I was like: Okay this is just something to give us a little taste for the album and could mean the album is gonna come pretty soon!. Well I was wrong because some time later Kills presented a new song and a new music video called Controversy" which I immediately loved to death!

And then I though that this was the new single for the album. Well, one again I was wrong because a very long whole later Kills released another song called "Problem" which for me was a little problematic because I think it's okay but not that awesome. And as is that would not have been enough the girl just decided to go eve further and give her promo another shot by releasing a new single called: "Saturday Night" and this single really is so great.Its unconventional and more experimental for Natalia than "Problem". "Just in!" & "Music Minute" - Dancing with Miley, or with Molly?

"So la la li la di, we like to party, dancing with _____!" So fill in the blank, because apparently Miley Cyrus has caused it that all the media is going nuts about this "fill in the blank line" from her latest single "We Cant Stop" which I have already written about on Icon Art Marilyn. The thing that is so terrifying is that Miley could either have sung dancing with Miley, or with Molly!

Oh yes Molly! For those of you who don't know what "Dancing with Molly" means here is your definition: Dancing with Molly means that you take ecstasy and then go party while you are high. Uhm, Im sorry but that is just so.... not shocking for me. Oh my god She has said it! If I remember correctly Madonna has also at some point in some song referenced the drug, and Miley says that in the song she sings "Dancing with Miley" so calm the fuck down! I mean really? She just sings it, and that does not mean that you will find her stuffing ecstasy into her body 24/7 and being a drug addicted mess. And do you really think that this will increase the use of ecstasy, and make everyone that hears the sing and knows the meaning of "Molly" go and have some? B*tch please!

Its time that a sentence just is a sentence because my counter says I have listened to the song or over 70 times by now and I certainly don't feel the urge to go and have a dance with Molly! I have to say that this is a song about party and in such a song of course there will be made some references, but hello: the song is called "We  Cant Stop"! Irony? And the heat Miss Cyrus gets for that is just a result of (1) the fact that she is a former Disney pinky pie sweetheart and (2) that some stupid people thing all the kids will be "mollying" it up due to that song. I mean, get real! Most of the kids listening to that might not even know that Molly is not just a name. And on the other hand side, you know that all of them papers and magazines hating on her will make her song go through the roof!

So get over it and TWERK!

Music Minute - Iggy Azalea: "Bounce"

She might not be a classical black chick rapper, but i think this is the best ever! Iggy Azalea has finally released her second single, and that hopefully means that the album, we are all waiting for, is round the corner.

So, i have already written about Iggy and also draw her. I think it was this drawing (see below) and about the video to her song "Work". And really i have to say that i am a big fan of her and i really like it that she sis not an american black girl rapping. They all say she misses the street credibility, but i don't care about that. I mean its music! And she does pretty great shit!

So this time I am going to write about her new single which is called Bounce. One again Iggy is going the electronic way and Bounce is a mixture of rap and electronic sounds. Its really an ear catcher. You can see the cover art right here: 

I really like the vibe she is giving us on there, it really is so high fashion. And the pose is fabulous! Bout the dress well its okay and befits the blue background. But these super wild patterns: i'm not a fan... But the hairstyle is fabulous!

But back to the song and the video. generally the video and the song are opposites. The video is Iggy in some exotic country like India, Indonesia or somewhere in the region. She dances in the traditional(?) clothes with dancers from there, and we also see her riding on an elephant. Its pretty much like an alienation thing And, even though i am not such a big fan of the clothes form there areas, i really like it. I mean you have to admit that the contrast between old culture and new electronic FemC rap is pretty great! Oh and by the way: The song is great! Have a look at the song on Perez Hilton or just right here. But it will only work here on the page if Vevo works in your country. 

Music Minute - "Marilyn" by Amanda Lepore

Marilyn, she is dead. Marilyn, she is in my head.

Hey you out there and welcome to a new episode if "Music Minute". This time I got a song and a music video for you by Amanda Lepore, the probably most famous transsexual on the planet. I have written about Amanda before. And now I want you guys to enjoy a little song of hers called "Marilyn" which you can purchase (you should!) here. The song it self is a mixture of pop with rock and electronic elements.

Lepore sing about Madonna, Britney and Einstein and compares Marilyn to all of them. She states that she is the rue icon and generally creates Monroe as a person which had all these abilities So she makes Monroe this really superior being. Also Cazwell raps about Monroe taking pills, drinking champagne and her career. So the pay homage to what Monroe represented. In the video Lepore reenacts the last photo session of Monroe, where she did semi nude photographs, and a party. Also we see Lepore posing as a dead Monroe on the bed, and have a paparazzi discover here. The video is very sensual and sexual and Cazwell is included in a scene filming men making out, which apparently turns him on. So we really depict the video as an homage to the lifestyle the figure Monroe represented. Id say that the video is really beautiful and a different approach to the last few hours of Monroe. But not from the historical perspective rather more form the perspective of sexuality and an overdose of erotic.

"Music Minute" - The Goddess of Pop: Cher

Women are the real architects of society. - Cher

Hey you out there! I guess you have already get to  know that this "Music Minute" is about the goddess  of pop: Cher. I have been a fan if her music for a  while now. And also her life is quite impressive. I  mean the career she had, the death of Sonny Bono  she had to overcome and her daughter Chastity's  decision to become her son Chaz. Also Cher has  been the only recording artist to have a number one  single in each of the past six decades. But this "Music  Minute" will not be about Cher's career, but rather  more about one of my favorite songs and videos of  her: "Walking in Memphis"

The song has been released in october 1995. Its  basically a cover version of  Marc Cohn's original  version.  The song makes lots of references to the  south, religion and to Elvis. I really thing the song is  an homage to Elvis and to the feeling he evoked in people. But that is just my Idea. Generally its a really fun song and good to sing along. What I really like about it, is the video Cher did. So below you can watch the video with Cher starring in it as a She - Elvis. And i think the video is just one of these road videos and very beautiful. I like the cross dressing, and the gender blur. But i general for me its just a beautiful video.

Music Minute: Azealia Banks - From "Fantasea" to "Broke With Expensive Taste"

Here is the first episode of a new segment i'd like to call: "Music Minute"! In this segment I will always talk about some artist, some song, some music video, some concert or something i am in live with right now, or am a real fan of. So lets all just dive right in:

This time Im gonna present to you a relatively new hip hop artist from the New York underground scene which has gone viral on youtube and twitter. I think you know her from her hit single "212" feat. Lazy Jay and her newly released single "Yung Rapunxel". Her name is Azealia Banks and you should so know her. You might also know her from her appearance on twitter starting, what long has been a forgotten thing, hot and messy twitter feuds! I think this girl has started a feud with every other hip hop MC and FemC artist, her own managment and uhmm i dont know.. everyone. But still i like her very much, not only for her music. She has already been crowned a fashion icon, and is rumored to be on atrack of the queen of pop's, Lady Gaga, new album: ARTPOP. Anyways we can say that I am very much excited for this one to get released. Banks is Harlem based and she right now is 21 and on may 31st she will turn 22. She has already payed some recognizable gigs, had some TV appearances and won an NME award and the Billboard award for new style icon. For the hip hop world quite new is that Banks is openly bisexual and a member of a new genereation where labelling by gay, bi, straight, lesbian etc is no longer important and categories have fallen apart. Thereby I'd conclude that Banks is also a user of queer theory. Or it this gender talk is just not important for her anymore, I  mean its 2013 and some people might not even care anymore! Thumps up! But back to the topics: Azealia has released a mixtape called "Fantasea" and I have already listened to it for a while. I can say its very good, and there are some tracks on it which i very much like to have in my playlist. My absolute favorites i think are Luxery, Chips and Jumanji. Her style of rap is very unique and very fast. You barely understand what she says and the beat she uses is very uptempo and electronic. Her style thereby is very unique and sometimes it is really alienating how she combines these electric sounds and her rap. Aso she is a quite good singer, which for a hip hop artist is pretty seldom. But check it out yourself  when she sings her version of late Amy Winhouse's track Valerie!

On april 16th she finally released her single video for her song "Yung Rapunxel" (which is also her name on twitter) and stunned fans worldwide. Not only the video is a barn burner but check out that single cover. I mean wow! My brain is creative and sick, but to think of something like that! Wow! But back to "Yung Rapunxel". The song is a mixture of a dark uptempo electro beat with the sickening vibe of creepy. Her rap is very dark and super fast! Its hard to understand! The middle of the song is a very silent part and also the song has some really aggressive seconds where she just scream-raps.It is this amazing song that scares the shit out of you and you still enjoy it, but you have to listen more than once to like it. It is possible that this song will be on Banks debut Album"Broke with Expensive Taste" which is said to come out 2013. But I think I have said enough. Since Vevo is not working in my country (Damn you Veveo!) you have to go on lovely Vimeo and check out the video  right here. And if neither Vevo nor Vimeo is working in your country then I am sorry for you and I have some advice for you: move! ;) But if you look below there are some still from this amazing and mind fucking video, which on a scale from 1 - 10 is a creep of 4, which for a rap music video is pretty high!

So you can see that the video, like the song are rather dark and sinister, and I have to say: I like it!
